[Hawt.io] Add version select to MQ tab

      Description

      The MQ tab in the Hawt.io interface of a Fabric based Fuse 6.1.1 setup only shows broker configurations found in the default version. There is no way to see MQ profiles for non-default versions via Hawt.io, so creating broker configuration like: 

      mq-create --group nidera --kind Replicated --version 4.0 replicatedbroker

      ...will not be visible in Hawt.io MQ tab, if the current version is different than 4.0.

      Customer is requesting adding the select box to MQ tab which could be used to select the version of Fabric.
