Fabric - Services - Profiles: Target count of instances with a profile is green even if current state exceeds set maximum

It is possible to set minimum and maximum count of instances with specific profile deployed on them.

If you set maximum count to 1 and there are more containers with this profile deployed, target count of current instances is green instead of different color.
