[UX] Cannot create containers directly from the "Containers" view

The "Containers" view can delete containers, but there is no "create" container button (user needs to switch to "services" view to create a new container) which is inconsistent and unexpected.

Furthermore this breaks the flow of creating multiple containers one by one, as the Services/"create new container" view will switch to the "Containers" view (which doesn't contain a way of creating more containers) after creating a new container.
