Fabric - Wiki: Can't create document "patternpattern.aaa" while "pattern.aaa" already exists

Fabric - Wiki: Create button

Suppose that file named "x.yyy" exists ("x stands for any pattern")
Then it is not possible to create new file named "xx.yyy", "xxx.yyy" and so on...
Creating file with the same name as mentioned before but different extension is fine.
