Steps to Reproduce:

Hide

1. run Hawtio, go to Fabric - Scaling - Status page
2. Click "Target" link at the right upper corner which opens Edit Requirements dialog
3. Click "+Profile" button which opens Add New Profile Requirements dialog
4. Add any profile and remember it.
5. Click "+Profile" button again.
You can add the same profile as before.

Note:
Each requirement for the same profile can be different.
There is only one of them displayed on Scaling - Status page but both requirements are displayed on Scaling - Profile Requirements page.
