Fabric-Scaling-Profile requirements: Adding host tag erases set values

      1. Run Hawtio and go to Fabric - Profiles
      2. Select any profile and click Add Requirements button
      3. Set instances count requirements fields
      4. Add HostTag (click "plus" icon at the right side of the screen)
      All set values disappeared. But it is enough to refresh the Profile Requairements page and the values are again where they should be.
