Woodstox-core-asl versions are different between woodstox feature and cxf (and camel)feature and needs to be sync'ed to latest version.

WoodStox feature version and woodstox-core-asl bundle version are 4.1.1 in woodstox feature, However, in cxf and camel features woodstox-core-asl version is marked as 4.1.2 hence to avoid any confusion and dependency issues it is better to sync them to one unified version across all features that need it.
