Fuse console on OCP -- broker management feature is unusable, owing to poor layout

When the Fuse console is used for managing AMQ 7 brokers on OpenShift, it is essentially unusable, because too many of the broker's JMX entities are displayed in the top hierarchical level. When there are many addresses and queues, this top-level list can be pages long. With earlier versions, there was more grouping – there were groups for "queues" and "topics" for example, so the top-level display was manageable.
