On OpenShift 4.6:

Create and link a pull secret for registry.redhat.io

Open the OpenShift console as administrator / kubeadmin

Go to Operators->Operator Hub and search for Fuse

Select and install the Fuse Online Operator

After installation completes, select the "Syndesis" tab and create Syndesis, using default settings

This succeeds on OpenShift ~ 4.8 or higher but fails on OpenShift ~ 4.6. Installing earlier versions (7.7) succeeds.

Description

When Installing Fuse Online from Operator Hub on OpenShift 4.6, installation fails with syndesis-server failing readiness checks and also logging certificate errors.

Could not start Jolokia agent: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cannot use keystore for https communication: java.security.KeyStoreException: Cannot get key bytes, not PKCS#8 encoded

When installing on OpenShift 4.8 on the same hardware with the same resources, installation succeeds and pods go to ready state.

Installation failure is reproducible on CRC 1.20 while succeeding on the same hardware / same resources in CRC 1.33.
