Default value for postgres-exporter links to wrong image

    Description

      As part of ENTESB-14525 the postgres-exporter was moved to GA, but latest build of fuse online operator (1.8-16) still contains a reference to the tech-preview image: 

      docker run --rm --entrypoint bash registry-proxy.engineering.redhat.com/rh-osbs/fuse7-fuse-online-operator:1.8-16 -c 'cat /conf/config.yaml | grep exporter'
