Description

Fuse Online install script get stuck on waiting for Jaeger operator when one or more Syndesis already exist in OCP 4 cluster. Since the syndesis-jaeger is installed by operator hub, the jaeger-operator is installed only on one Syndesis namespace. So when the user install Syndesis to another namespace, the jaeger-operator don't appear there but the install script waits for it.
