Jaeger subscription not removed after deleting syndesis CR

When deleting the CR (when I want to undeploy syndesis completely) or when I disable the jaeger addon in the CR, the operatorhub subscription is not removed. This causes problems when you then want to deploy syndesis again in the same namespace, as the subscription for that namespace already exists and it is failed state. This issue currently blocks our test execution, as we are reusing the same namespaces constantly
