Ability for JBoss Fuse patch to notify user if prerequisite patch is required

It would be nice if the patching of JBoss Fuse had the ability to notify the user if a prerequisite was required for installing the patch.
Some of the patches now have a prerequisite patch, for example JBoss Fuse 6.0 P3 prerequisite. This patch is required for all patches P3 and greater to resolve a bug in the patching mechanism. As we know customer's don't often read the readme it would nice if patches could specify a required prerequisite and if it is not present in the container notify the user.
