do fuse bin/client script certain about the default user if etc/users.properties have multiple users

As per the kcs article  What is the default user in bin/client script if option -u is omitted?

Default user is not certain if multiple users present in etc/users.properties.

Is it possible to make specific users as default user (e.g first user defined in users.properties)?
