Seamless upgrades for Camel-K

As a user I want to upgrade camel-k in a seamless and straightforward way.

• I want to be able to update to newer versions

• I want to manage upgrades for system and user space components alike

Acceptance criteria:

• Upgrade for system components (i.e. operator)
• Possibility to see which integrations run on an older version (i.e. from the CLI)
• Ability to force an upgrade of outdated integrations (manually, automatically )
