Allow Kafka consumer/producer config tuning

Users are currently unable to tune Kafka consumer/producer configuration. As an example, a new integration is unable to consume old messages from a topic because the default value for auto.offset.reset is latest and there is no way of setting earliest. This is a serious limitation for this kind of scenario.
