API Designer is unable to generate Fuse projects

      1. Create an OCP 4.3.5 cluster
      2. Install the Fuse imagestreams and templates, as per docs (https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_fuse/7.6/html-single/fuse_on_openshift_guide/index#install-fuse-on-openshift4)
      3. Verify fuse-apicurito-generator and apicurito-ui images streams are present in openshift namespace
      4. Install API Designer 7.6.0 via Operator Hub
      5. Create Apicurito CRD via Operator UI
      6. Login to API Designer via route
      7. Create or import OpenAPI spec
      8. Click on "Generate".

      I noticed that the apicurito-ui-config config map is not created as part of the operator deployment. Is this component missing? I've attempted to add it manually and assign to the operator pod with no luck.

    Description

      When I open or create an OpenAPI 2 or 3 specification and click on "Generate", an empty drop-down appears. I was expecting to see "Generate a Fuse Project".
