Collection on 2nd level of XML document in Atlasmap can't be mapped to same level in different types (json/java) collections

There is issue with 2nd element (screenshot attached), which can't be mapped to different type (Java, Json), 2nd level element.
The json and xml which can be used for replication are also attached.
