API Provider specification ignores data type in reponses

When creating an API Provider with creating a new specification in Apicurio, you can create a response with data type, but when using this response with datatype no datatype will be used by API Provider integration for the Finish step.
The same old workflow as when defining a new response for each method and setting the data type in there works as it did.
