Apicurio Undo doesn't Undo in Syndesis and leaves you in a deadend state

When you delete a data type in apicurito and then undo, you get no warning and then save.
This brings you to Fuse Online with the next button enabled but not possible to proceed.
Returning to Apicurito you now see errors displayed
