Syndesis operator passes wrong version of camel and camel-k-runtime to camel-k

CAMEL_VERSION and CAMEL_RUNTIME_VERSION are set during build in Camel K, so there's no need to force a different version in Syndesis (https://github.com/syndesisio/syndesis/blob/40c31943cf6e5a6702a467a0982ce64ecb7b2bba/install/operator/build/conf/config.yaml#L8-L9), also because the syndesis.conf file is not changed by productization.
