[ER1] dv-operator builds VDBs using community s2i image

    Description

      When deploying a VDB custom resource into a namespace with dv-operator, an s2i-java image stream is created and the image is used to build virtualdatabase-builder. The s2i-java uses fabric8 s2i image from docker.io:

      $ oc get -o json is s2i-java | jq '.spec.tags[0].from.name'
"docker.io/fabric8/s2i-java:latest-java11"
