The bundle fabric-git-server is preserved after restricting git master procedure

    Description

      After applying the procedure to restrict git master containers:

      https://access.redhat.com/solutions/3618871 | How can I influence which Fabric managed containers may become Fabric Git Master?

      Some containers stills appear in the "cluster-list git", and the bundle fabric-git-server still appear in the "osgi:list".

      In the logs, we see that the bundle is preserved and not uninstalled:
