[Hawtio operator] The community version of operator doesn't work on on OCP 4

I tried the hawtio operator https://github.com/hawtio/hawtio-operator/ on OCP 4. When I opened Hawtio, there was a weird behavior - only blank page and URL was changing his value (check the video in attachment).
I deployed the 1.6.0 tag of hawtio-online, because the latest tag doesn't work - ENTESB-11111.
