[camel-jbpm] Can't use camel-jbpm-starter for consumer registration

Camel jbpm spring-boot starter is working only for producer. As you can see in component documentation, consumer is working directly in RHPAM server which means that consumer needs to be registered as server extension.

I think that component starter should do the extension registration for us.
