Integration with RH-SSO and Hawtio (on Karaf) doesn't work

    Description

      Originally created for Fuse 6.3 (ENTESB-10669) but rhn-support-tasato found the same issue in Fuse 7.3.

      Original description:
      I configured the Hawtio to be secured by RH-SSO (7.3.1) according the documentation (2.1.4.10. Securing the Hawtio Administration Console) and when I try to access Hawtio, Hawtio login form is shown. There should be login form of the RH-SSO.
      I have tried R11 - 6.3.0.redhat-377 and it worked corectly.
