Different configuration of XA tranx on Spring Boot against AMQ 6, AMQ7 and IBMMQ8

XA transaction redelivery scenario described in ENTESB-10391 needs removed transactionManager attribute for working with AMQ 7. However, when I tried the same scenario for AMQ6 and IBMMQ8, it doesn't work.

If I add transactionManager attribute back, the scenario works again with AMQ6 and partially IBMMQ8 (need investigate more). I think we might need some explanation and documentation for this, because it worked before with 7.2 but I haven't used narayana-starter. I've uploaded reproducer with working example of AMQ-6. I will provide also IBMMQ later.

I've attached also log file that show strange exceptions. Need explanation, whether it is okay.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download amq6 - 377 http://download.eng.brq.redhat.com/released/JBoss-middleware/fuse/6.3.0-R11/
2. unzip and in vim etc/users.properties uncomment last line and change password to admin123.
3. configure postgresql
4. mvn clean install && mvn spring-boot:run
