Provide version of Fuse used when generating a Fuse project with Apicurito

    Description

      the version number was hardcoded and was removed because it was gettign out of sync.
      In case it is possible to have it dynamic, or have a way to ensure that the version is in sync, it might be better to provide the version.
      it might allow to have several version generator installed.
