ReadConsoleInput error in Karaf Console on Windows Server 2016

    Description

      It's not possible to type any command to karaf console on Windows Server 2016 platform. After the karaf console start, the ReadConsoleInput error shows up:

      I tried it also on RHEL7, but the console is working there properly.
