camel-sap sending XML payload to SAP results in SAXParseException

    Description

      Sending an XML message via camel-sap fails with 

      Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Element or attribute do not match QName production: QName::=(NCName':')?NCName.

      Sending the same data as an SAP Structure works fine (and seems to result in the same XML payload on the wire).
