Hawtio + Keycloak - no "logout" button/link

I used steps to configure hawtio + keycloak.

Components used:

• fuse-karaf 7.3.0.fuse-730050
• hawtio 2.0.0.fuse-730048 (from the above distro)
• keycloak 4.8.3.Final
• karaf-quickstarts 7.3.0.fuse-730008

First I configured keycloak using this instructions and importing this json file to keycloak.

Then I followed the steps described here.

Integration works fine, but I can't logout.
