JMX SSL via etc/org.apache.karaf.management.cfg no documentation available

The Issue [1] says that JMX over SSL is possible from karaf-core 3.0 and 2.2.5 versions. However there is no documentation found which describes exactly what all properties or attributes are needed inside the "etc/org.apache.karaf.management.cfg" file and description of each properties added which are added as part of the feature request. What additional changes are required for remote access of JMX over SSL when fuse is running in fabric environment or running as a wrapper service.
