[Fabric] Verify an automatic purge for old snapshots, logs data for zookeeper

    Description

      Removing snapshots data of zookeeper manually can be too risky.

      It's good to include that automatically in zookeeper to remove all snapshots but last one
      and all logs older than newest snapshot.
