SwitchYard fails to build with brew firewall

The recent firewall rules applied to Brew prevents SwitchYard component from building successfully.

Failed in "AS7 Management Console Application".

The settings.xml file that mvn ran with only contained the Brew internal maven repository; all repositories were stripped from the project POMs.
