    Description

      While the EJB 3.x specification clearly denotes that a no-arg constructor be used in creation of bean instances, CDI has more expansive features requiring parameter injection into constructors.

      Extract out our instantiation logic into a pluggable policy, then reimplement as our own. CDI can replace the impl with theirs using VDF.
