Use proxy component in nointerface implementation

Currently nointerface-impl module has its own javassist based proxy factory. This proxy factory has nothing specific to nointerface view and hence shouldn't be residing here. The proxy component created in EJBTHREE-2012 is the right place for this factory. nointerface view should start using the javassist based proxy factory which resides here http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbossas/projects/ejb3/components/proxy/trunk/javassist/
