      "SimpleStatelessBean" fails to deploy with an NPE:

      Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException
      at org.jboss.ejb3.security.RunAsSecurityInterceptorFactory.getRunAsIdentity(RunAsSecurityInterceptorFactory.java:69)
