TransactionInterceptor.setupSticknessIfRequired can treat different applications as equal

    Description

      If two applications have EJBs with moduleIdentifier.applicationName and moduleIdentifier.distinctName (in the EJBLocator), they are treated as equal although they could have different locations. This can cause the server to fail to find EJBs.
