Invalid state possible in getResult

    Description

      If org.jboss.ejb.client.EJBClientInvocationContext#getResult(boolean) is called on an invocation which is complete (State.DONE) and there is a pending exception, the invocation handler is forced into State.CONSUMING which causes an assertion error to fire. This can lead to client hangs.
