Wrong handling of prepare in EJB recovery-only XAResource

    Description

      In the recovery-only XAResource implementation for EJB, a prepare call currently always returns XA_OK without actually doing any work on the backend, which can cause major problems with the integrity of distributed transactions which ended up in recovery before prepare for whatever reason.

      Find an appropriate action to take in these cases.
