Allow client timeout configuration per proxy & host

In ejb-client 1.x, the client side invocation.timeout applies to all client invocations, it would be useful to allow the client to configure the timeout as calling different EJBs the timeout wanted could be different. Also perhaps a timeout configuration per host.
