Hang in AbstractHandleableCloseable.close() when using @Clustered

When the @Clustered is used the ClusterTopologyMessageHandler protocol is activated causing sometimes a deadlock during the normal jboss-remoting shutdown (through EJBClientContext.close operation). The system expects the ClusterTopologyMessageHandler being handled before the context is closed, otherwise can cause a deadlock.
