Creating a fabric in the cloud takes too long

1. Add Cloud details
2. Select Create fabric in the cloud
3. Select the existing cloud definition
4. On the next page try to specify Location ID - each selection takes too long to select other options

Example:
1. select eu-west-1 as a location
2. wait
3. now, you can choose Hardware ID
4. select eu-west-1a
5. wait
6. now, you can choose Hardware ID
7. select eu-west-1 (selected in step 1)
8. wait again
9. try to select eu-west-1 again

It looks that after each location selection the IDE is loading data from amazon again and again.
