Cannot deploy fuse project using context menu

A fuse project can be deployed by drag and drop to the process in JMX view or by a context menu using 'Deploy To'.
But there is only 'Deploy Folder Configuration' (see the attachment). I think that there was such option in the past.

Note that this is before creating fuse fabric.
