JMX View doesn't display fuse processes on Win8

    Description

      JMX View doesn't display fuse processes on Win8 (on Win7 it is working).

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Switch to Fuse Integration perspective
      2. Start the server
      3. Wait and refresh JMX view

      No processes was added into JMX view (the same if you create new child container).

      This bug causes that a fuse project cannot be deployed to jboss fuse server.
