new build does not require the Suggested Software section in the Install Guide - plus m2ecilpse 0.12.1.20110112-1712 must be uninstalled first before installation

I've finally figured out a way to auto-install m2eclipse as part of the installation process and auto-default the Remote Archetype Catalog as part of the install, to save users having to manually go through the m2eclipse install instructions + the Remote Archetype Catalog stuff.

So we can retire the section on Suggested Software in the Install Guide.

Sorry we couldn't have figured out how to do this earlier! Its one of those things we didn't really know if/how we could do it until we got the time to figure it out

Note Also now we depend on the older m2eclipse being installed. So if a user has already installed m2eclipse before and its version 0.12.1.20110112-1712 then we need them to uninstall it before installing Fuse Developer.

To uninstall on a Mac its: Eclipse -> About -> Installation Details -> (select Maven) -> Uninstall
