Rider - Missing properties for Recipient List EIP

The recipient list EIP have a number of options which is not listed under properties panel.

See the element - recipientListDefinition. These are missing:

• parallelProcessing
• stopOnException
• ignoreInvalidEndpoints
• streaming
• timeout

Note parallelProcessing is an easy switch to use concurrency and just use a default thread pool. If you want to use custom then use the executorServiceRef option.
