Outline - Use better icon for route, and improve route node text

The outline view is handy when you have multiple routes.

I have 2 routes, where the 1st route have <route id="killer"> id assigned, and the 2nd route does not, so its just <route>.
The outline view should be improved to show the text as the Camel menu would do it

Also if the generic route icon could be changed to some other icon that better fits a route pattern.
