add timing metrics to the Diagram View from running camel contexts

When using JMX/Fabric explorer, connect to a process with Camel contexts, select a route and you should see the timing metrics on the arrows in the diagram.

Requires a recent Camel runtime (2.7.3 or later) to see all the metrics available
