Update screenshots in installation guide to be Fuse IDE 2.0.x instead of 1.x

The installation guide

Has screenshots of Fuse IDE 1.x being installed. Would be nice to replace those screenshots with a 2.x being installed.

Also the link to the install guide on the repo.fusesource.com is pointing at 1.0. If possible that link should be updated to point at 2.0.
